COVID-19 Safety Procedure

In line with the latest government guidance, we have taken the decision to verify attendee COVID-19 status on arrival at the event which will include visitors, exhibitors, contractors, venue and organiser staff.

This means attendees will need to demonstrate proof of COVID-19 status for entry to the event. This will need to be one of the following:

  • Proof of completion of a full course of vaccination via the NHS COVID Pass or equivalent for international visitors.
  • Proof of a negative PCR or Lateral Flow Test result taken within 48 hours of arrival.

ADDITIONAL MEASURES IN PLACE:

Masks: In line with the Government guidance, it is no longer mandatory to wear a mask or face covering in all settings. This means that visitors can use their discretion, but we ask that they carry a mask with them at all times and be courteous to those around them by wearing a mask in areas that may become busy (unless exempt). We highly recommend that exhibitors and staff wear a mask throughout the summit.

Cleaning & Venue Hygiene: The etc.venues facilities team continue to work onsite with a robust cleaning schedule in place. All high-volume touch points such as door handles, push plates, handrails and lift call points are being sanitised on a regular basis. Deep cleaning and enhanced sanitation will be in place before, during and after each summit day.

Hand Sanitiser Stations: Hand sanitiser will be available at the entrance and around the building. Please also wash your hands regularly.

Contactless registration available: The summit will operate a contactless registration point at the summit.

Capacity: Reduced visitor capacity has been applied to all sessions to provide ample space for visitors to experience the event and for exhibitors to operate.

The venue where the event will be held –  etc.venues –  have also created an 18-point plan against covid which can be found here: https://www.etcvenues.com/18-point-plan

Adherence to venue COVID-19 safety policy and arrangements advised by the Association of Event Organisers and the GOV.UK. Please see the “All Secure Standards Risk Assessment Framework” here: https://www.aeo.org.uk/all-secure-standard-risk-assessment-framework
